DIY Walk & Talk Home Staging Consultation:
Lily Rose Staging & Redesign, LLC will do an extensive walk through of the home with the seller, Realtor or both. During this time we will provide the homeowner with a room by room assessment of how the home shows, and make specific recommendations to enhance, improve, update and highlight the property to create a "WOW" factor. We will also discuss which items should be priority to make the biggest impact.
Total Investment: $250 for a 1-2 hour consultation.
Home Staging with homeowner provided furnishing:
Lily Rose Staging & Redesign, LLC will use the homeowner's furniture and accessories to Stage the home to appeal to the widest array of buyers and showcase the home. This may include depersonalizing, decluttering, organizing and rearranging of furniture.

For more in depth projects, after the initial consultation we will create a plan for each room including suggestions for specific items to purchase to complete the look. The total investment for this additional service is $100 per room.
